At LPM, we define and implement internal communication plans tailored to each client, ensuring that each initiative meets the specific needs of the organization.

Our work in Internal Communication includes: advising on and strategically planning internal communication; conducting a diagnosis and identifying tools and channels to implement; promoting and facilitating the flow of communication between teams and leadership; mapping the coordination and coherence of company communication; reviewing and optimizing institutional internal communication texts; and formatting initiatives and designing mobilization actions.

Internal Platform Management

LPM develops tools, mobilization campaigns and other interaction channels that bring the strategy to life. These strategies and communication projects with employees are designed to maximize the engagement:

  • Actions and Activations: We create projects, campaigns and actions using Content Innovation, with engaging techniques such as Storytelling and Gamification.
  • Platform Management: We take on the management of internal (or training) platforms to provide a continuous and stimulating internal narrative. We include support in the introduction and management of channels such as WhatsApp for fast and targeted communication.

LPM has a team with Trainer Certificate (CCP), ensuring that the implementation of new tools or internal communication strategies is accompanied by the necessary training to promote their correct use and long-term success.
