People Skills & Performances – LPM

LPM develops People Skills & Performance tailor-made programs, designed for different levels of the organization – from CEOs and C-Levels to technical staff and partner entities.

These programs include specialized modules such as Media Training, Public Speaking, Leadership, Storytelling, and Social Media Training, aimed to empower spokespeople and teams to communicate effectively, confidently and with impact in any context.

Media Training

Why Media Training? Media exposure brings with it specificities and risks that require rigorous preparation. LPM’s Media Training prepares spokespersons for the organisation’s public image, both in routine situations and in crisis scenarios, in an environment marked by online society and the speed of information.

Our training is based on a deep understanding of the rules of the game behind the scenes of journalism and the media, combining theory and practice, form and content. The aim is to equip participants with the knowledge and technical skills necessary to communicate with the media in routine and crisis situations.

We empower participants to:

  • Manage the Message: Knowing how to organise and present messages, adapting the discourse to the media and journalistic format in question. Conveying intended messages clearly, concisely and assertively, and knowing how to express complex technical topics in accessible language.
  • Optimize Performance: Controlling emotions, posture, tone and body language. Working on diction, body language and argumentation skills to project a positive image of oneself and the institution.
  • Minimize Risks: Understand media flows and the media landscape and know how to act in a crisis situation, avoiding damage to reputation and image.

While working on posture and diction, the ability to argue and the assertiveness of key messages are reinforced, ensuring that the representatives of each institution make the most of their interventions.
